Time Standard

A Time Standard is a specification for measuring time intervals and defining units of time. In data science, time standards are used to synchronize and compare data from different sources. The most commonly used time standard is Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), which is based on International Atomic Time (TAI) and adjusted for leap seconds to keep it in sync with the Earth's rotation.
