Declarative Language

In the context of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, a declarative language is a programming language that expresses the logic of a computation without describing its control flow. It allows the programmer to specify what the program should accomplish, rather than describing how to go about accomplishing it. Declarative languages are often used in data processing and analysis tasks, as they allow for concise and expressive code that is easier to reason about and maintain. Examples of declarative languages commonly used in Data Science and AI include SQL for querying databases, Prolog for logic programming, and R for statistical computing and graphics.
