Wearable technology refers to electronic devices that can be worn on the body, either as an accessory or as part of clothing, and are equipped with sensors and software that enable the collection and analysis of data related to the wearer's behavior, environment, and/or physiology. This data can be used to monitor health and fitness, track location and movement, provide contextual information, and enable communication and interaction with other devices and systems. Wearable technology includes smartwatches, fitness trackers, smart glasses, smart clothing, and implantable devices.
