Slave Database
In Data Science, a Slave Database is a read-only copy of a master database that is synchronized with the master database to provide high availability and scalability. The slave database is used to offload read queries from the master database, reducing the load on the master database and improving its performance. The slave database can also be used for backup and disaster recovery purposes, as it contains a copy of the data in the master database. In addition, the slave database can be used for data analysis and reporting, as it provides a consistent and up-to-date view of the data in the master database.
