Scrum

Scrum is an Agile framework for managing and completing complex projects. It is a lightweight process framework that is used to manage iterative and incremental projects of all types. Scrum is based on the principles of transparency, inspection, and adaptation. The framework consists of three roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team. The Product Owner is responsible for defining the product backlog, which is a prioritized list of features or requirements. The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the team follows the Scrum process and removes any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving its goals. The Development Team is responsible for delivering a potentially releasable product increment at the end of each sprint. A sprint is a time-boxed iteration of one to four weeks during which the team works to complete a set of product backlog items.
