IPv6

IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) is a network layer protocol that provides an identification and location system for computers on networks and routes traffic across the Internet. It is the successor to IPv4 and provides a much larger address space, improved security, and better support for mobile devices and real-time traffic. IPv6 addresses are 128 bits long and are represented in hexadecimal notation. The protocol also includes features such as auto-configuration, multicast, and flow labeling.
