Electron Beam
Electron beam refers to a stream of high-energy electrons that are focused and accelerated towards a target. In data science and artificial intelligence, electron beams are used in electron microscopes to generate high-resolution images of biological samples, materials, and devices. The electron beam interacts with the sample, producing signals that can be detected and used to create an image. Electron beam lithography is another application of electron beams in which a focused beam is used to pattern a substrate with nanoscale features. This technique is used in the fabrication of integrated circuits, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and other devices that require high precision and resolution.
