Digital ICs (Integrated Circuits) are electronic circuits that operate on digital signals or binary data. They are composed of transistors, resistors, capacitors, and other electronic components that are fabricated on a single semiconductor chip. Sequential circuits use memory elements to store information and perform operations based on the stored information.
