Datagrams
Datagrams are self-contained packets of information that are transmitted over a network. They are used in computer networking to send data between devices in a way that is independent of the underlying network technology. Datagrams are typically used in connectionless protocols, such as the User Datagram Protocol (UDP), where each datagram is sent individually and may take a different path to its destination. This makes datagrams useful for applications that require low latency and do not require reliable delivery of data. However, because datagrams are not guaranteed to arrive at their destination or arrive in order, they are not suitable for all types of applications.
