Attack Signatures
Attack signatures are patterns of data that indicate the presence of a specific type of cyber attack. Attack signatures can be used by security systems to identify and block malicious traffic, preventing cyber attacks from being successful. Therefore, signature-based detection should be used in conjunction with other techniques such as anomaly detection and behavior analysis to provide a comprehensive defense against cyber attacks.
